Its been rumoured for a while now that their could very well be an Original ECW invasion in TNA with all the Originals already within TNA, I was wondering if TNA could use Joe as their IN.

I have no idea why it would be Joe, but looking at his promo on Monday, it had a very old school ECW type production to it, it was the first thing I thought of when I saw it, then I remembered the night Joe was abducted he was attacked in the ring by a few of the TNA guys, I'm sure Raven, Stevie Richards and Rhino where among them, Taz has already been linked with Joe in the past when he was advising him, thats four guys right their who could be considered Originals, add to that Mr Monday Night RVD, Team 3D and Tommy Dreamer available for bookings and its definitely something that could grow arms and legs pretty quickly, there has also been big talk of Haymen going to TNA although Russo himself admitted that the last time he tried he was told No, also, Foley said he has some big ideas for when he returns!

I'm not trying to book this angle or saying it will be a success or failure, I'm just wondering if anyone else noticed the Promo Joe cut and the similarities it had to the old ECW, the attacks by Rhino Raven and Stevie the night he was abducted, the association with Taz, I may be reading to much into it, but I don't believe in coincidences in Pro Wrestling, you usually notice what your meant to notice

The ECW route could be a good angle. It could give Taz something to do instead of sounding like a pillock on commentary

a ecw angle would be awesome but i doubt it will happen

I hope it they are going down the ECW route as they have the crowd for it and the ECW wrestlers, plus I rather have TNA trying to be a watered down ECW than a WCW.

I havent seen much of ECW so i'm in two minds weather I want to see it.

I think it will be great to give the ECW guys a new storyline but on the downside I think it will be more like the nWo. Everyone and anyone joining. Just my thoughts.

can i just check something. I watched tna on youtube and the joe section was missing just tenay saying he's back. And i watched again on tv and well did it air in england or did i miss it when checking football. lol? Still not seen the footage

I watched TNA 'live' the night after WrestleMania on Justin TV and thats where I saw it, don't know about YouTubes shady footage, it will probably be on the Sapo links though
