Who Liked Orlando Jordan's Bi-Sexual Segment?

The Yellow tape around him reminded me of Owen and the way he was lowered from the ceiling reminded me of Owen to, I think with all the talk of the Harts across the station it was a bit ill timed to be doing something like that, I don't think it was intentional, or at least I hope it isn't!

As for the character, I don't mind it, I think if its given time it could be as popular as the Goldust character when that first debuted in 95, the only problem is, Orlando Jordan is no where near talented as Dustin Rhodes is/was

It was all a bit odd really, but it just adds more variety to the show.

When he was getting lowered, I immidiately thought of Owen. But as Gaffer said, I'm pretty sure it wasn't intentional. Although with Eric Bicshoff, nothing would suprise me.

I actually pissed myself laughing at that segment, it was so unbelievably ridiculous. Then after his entrance it was onto the knockouts. Eh? So he makes an entrance for no reason other than to make an entrance? Should at least have had him cut some sort of promo or something

Well Owen died doing it, however Owens old attire used to have that yellow tape around it too, like the stuff OJ wore, it was like nixing two of Owens gimmicks together

They cut the segment Guns, he went over to a couch set up and sat between a Girl and Guy and apparently flirted with both of them in a seductive manor

Even if that was shown, it still seems a bit daft. They needed to at least have him do something actually related to wrestling. Coming out and just going look at me isn't this edgy just seems totally pointless.

I think he might have cut a promo on the sofa, I'm not 100% sure though, I think that was the whole point of it, I agree with you though, if your not going to show him do that then they may as well just cut the whole thing, they could always stick it in the middle of another show

I didn't know it was cut, that makes it worse imo, either have the balls to do what you have planned or cut it completely.

Well it was Spike who had OJ's gay kiss cut a few weeks back, so I would assume it was them once again. Bischoff, Russo, Hogan or whoever seems real intent on pushing this gimmick, and with the good press they got from the gays a few days ago I can't imagine they would make the decision to cut it.

Why would TNA be so intent on appealing to the Gays though? what about the majority of their fans already, what if theyd don't approve, Orlando Jordan's segment got a 0.47 rating, people where changing channel in their droves

I don't know why they would want to either, I know they want to expand their fanbase but doing it at the expense of you're existing fans is just retarded.

thought the music was quite good lol, it was just kinda weird. Segment pointless. Looks like he's heel though so thats a bit stupid, unless he just acts like gods gift to both sexes, so good he needs multiple ppl etc. But if hes heel cos hes a bit weird or likes men then fail.
