Top Star Injured at SmackDown! Tapings?

411Wrestling, WrestleNewz, and other sites have received reports that SmackDown! star John Morrison was injured during a match with R-Truth. The match is set to air this Friday night. the question is, is this a real injury, or could this lead to HBK in the WHC match at Elimination Chamber?

gotta be to get HBK in the chamber leaving him and Jericho in the final and Jericho winning

would he have feined injury to let shaun in?


i have no idea what the fucks going on story wise in wwe though

If it airs on Friday then you can pretty much bet HBK will take his spot in the Chamber, if the actual injury doesn't air or him being helped out of the arena then it's probably real, either way, if he is not in the Chamber it will be Shawn who takes his place

they were debating the injury if it was real or storyline were they not. they then said would HBK take his place, i duno wwe is toss so i dont watch

Yeah but if he's told to fain injury then he would have no choice, so when you asked would he, its like eh?.

you got to think it's a work after monday, i would have actually like to see HBK take out Morrison though if it is a work.

like he is touted as the "next hbk" by JR all the time, would that fit in to whats happening in wwe now?

Poor old John. Its been looking like he was going to get a decent push for a while now. And I thought perhaps he could do something in the chamber, but then Shawn wanted in and now he gets injured? I dont think they did the whole attacking thing because they did that last year. But it seems a bit harsh on Morrison if the injury is a work.

That would be good, but I cant see Morrison getting to main event WrestleMania yet. Think he may do better if the rumoured heel turn does come about. Hes got great in ring ability but dont really but into his character at all. Perhaps turning heel again would help him?

I read somewhere WWE were planning to turn him heel, cant remember where though. Probably pwinsider or something.

Yea but Shawn Michaels 'mentoring' John Morrison seems like a really good idea, so cant see it happening to be honest.

The supposed ankle injury that John Morrison sustained at this week's Smackdown taping, which resulted in him claiming that he had broken the ankle in three places, was apparently a work. The Tweet that Morrison posted on his Twitter account was reportedly a joke, as Morrison recently competed at WWE's house show event in Quito, Ecuador in a tag team match along side Matt Hardy.
