- There are people within WWE who believe that Brock Lesnar should have been booked differently and as more of a threat to The Undertaker, since the only point Lesnar did anything to Taker was the go-home angle on RAW this week, and that was still a sneak up from behind distraction with the announcers calling Lesnar a coward.
The original feud between Taker and Lesnar that was talked about in 2010 had Taker proposing that Lesnar beat him to end The Streak, although that was never seriously considered, thinking it would be the right thing for business. Feelings on The Streak have obviously changed since then.
Vince McMahon made the decision that in the build for this match, Taker never gets touched. He was smart enough to change that rule for the final build this week on RAW.

| i'm surprised they didn't tease the choke out victory for Brock. That will be a moment that would make people think is this real? At mania, as Taker is fading and looking out of it and with panicking commentators. The only move Brock has done is months is the f5

| I'd been thinking that Brock looked like a chump for the whole thing so far. All he's done is gone through the table, been stabbed in the hand, made to look an arse by the coffin and then get in a sneak attack.
Could have been so much better if he'd hammered his way through the druids, then smashed the coffin.

| are you at all concerned that Taker has been on top so much that the match may be one of those DQ nightmares, where Brock goes too far (kayfabe) and possibley wins but the result is reversed. I thought his f5 looked so weak and useless as taker landed safely on his side almost in a napping position. There's no way it'll look like Taker is losing unless he goes trough the spanish announce table or stage or something for effect | |

| there's also the concern maybe taker is on his way out, if they kept him away from any moves until Raw. They must have been worried and can't afford him missing it. In that case Brock is 36 so young enough to beat Taker and stick around for 10 years.. | |

Not at all. There's no way Brock is ending the streak, and no way would it end on a cheap DQ. In honesty, I can't see anyone ending the Streak, and especially not a part-timer. Brock doesn't need to end it the way someone like Sheamus / Bryan / Langston / Reigns would. Brock is already a beast, he doesn't need the rub.

| is he being booked weak because he is part time? Might a that simple. When Taker wins it won't matter how weak Brock was in the build up because he looks scary, I suppose. Sure he'll have a few what if moments. | |
