| I've been getting back into wrestling the last few weeks but have only watched NXT. I'm not really sure what to think though. I used to watch FCW a few years ago and NXT is much better, more character development and better production but the roster... I look at it and I'm not sure who'd even be good on TV for WWE.
In my opinion most of the talent on the show has a ceiling that is quite low. I like the heat that Aiden English would get but he's just a poor man's Damien Sandow, CJ Parker is a worse Kofi Kingston and Alexander Rusev will have a shelf life similar to Vladimir Koslov. The best guys there are Adrian Neville although he's probably too short to make it to the top, Corey Graves has a good look that could definitely get over on the main roster and Sami Zayn is great but he'll end up in a similar position to Dolph Ziggler. The one I think will actually make it furthest is Paige - she'd be great as a heel alongside Wade Barrett.
Of the rest of the roster I've actually seen 2 of them live for a British Wrestling company - I believe they are both still to debut but am intrigued to know what role they will have in NXT. Oliver Grey who teamed alongside Mark Haskins (formally of TNA), he's got good size but aside from that is OK-good in the ring. And Solomon Crowe (Sami Callihan), massive fan of his but he's not tall and I think he'll come across really poorly to a large, live audience.
So my question is who are the next guys and/or girls that will make it big in WWE from the NXT roster?

| Xavier Woods (Consequences Creed in TNA), apparently HHH has been telling creative to come up with a great way to debut him for ages. And he's decent enough in the ring, with a shit load of charisma. | |

| My pick from te bunch is Corey Graves. He's has a few good matches with Adrian Neville (weather they are a team or against each other). He has the look too I think. Only saw bits of him on the mic so can't comment much on that.
I think Adrian Neville will also hit could be held back because of his accent.

| If WWE had the balls to say to Neville 'you're on Raw tonight, facing Tyson Kidd. Have 8 minutes, do what you want and win' he'd be a massive star the following morning, he's that good. Problem a lot of the Indy guys will get is having their move set massively restricted.
Paige will be huge, by diva standards. Aside from that, I like Graves work, but I'm not convinced he'll do anything of note.

| Sami Zahn could follow Bryan/Punk but on the other hand he could end up like Chris Hero, but he connects well with the crowd so I think he'll make it - but as mentioned likely to Dolph's level.
Adrian Neville as above - his Geordie is really strong though, but agree he should just be let loose on Raw.
I agree with Mackem on Graves, think he looks good. Xavier Woods got mentioned on Raw or Smackdown recently - a twitter something to get Big Show back, but it went nowhere.
Paige is excellent, easily best diva in wwe with AJ. But nearly all the divas in NXT are better than half the main roster - Summer Rae and Emma especially.
Oliver Grey has debuted he held tag belts with Neville before he got badly injured 6 months min.
I like Enzo Amoure and Colin Cassidy as well, Richie Steamboat when he's back from injury and there's a new French guy (not the manager) who's got a mma type background so could be decent in ring.

| I love Enzo Amoure, guy is hilarious, but he's out with a broken leg now I also think The Ascention will get the call soon. Connor O'Brien or Konnor now, is fucking massive compared to when he was first on NXT, and also improved massively and his new partner Viktor is decent aswell. | |
