If true it would mark the first time in the LA-based consumer show's history that three brand new rival consoles will be available for inspection under the same roof.
According to the report in MCV, it's executive chatter that revealed the news. They've made it clear to third-party developers that they will be an integral part of the console's launch. Presumably that means that dev kits of the new console are either out there, or imminent.
Apparently, it's unlikely that a release date or price for the console will be announced at E3 2012, but it may just take away a chunk of the market from its newly-announced and soon-to-be-revealed rivals. | |
