World Wrestling Entertainment has come to terms on the release of WWE SmackDown Superstar Kaval (Brandon Silvestry) as of today, December 23, 2010. We wish Kaval the best in all future endeavors.

Fucking ridiculous. Hes probably been released because he wasnt over with the crowd, but that wasnt because he was jobbed out every week and was made to look like a chump, oh no of course not

cant believe this he's a good wrestler & to have him only win 1 out of all his matches is ridiculous the guy should have been given a chance

Wow, I did not expect to read Kaval when I clicked on the topic, i guess he was bored of being booked so weak against everyone

It just makes no sense to me what so ever. Why bring in a guy, let him win NXT but just job him out in a time when new stars are so badly needed on a roster that is so devoid of stars?

true would it sound like WWE to fire someone 2 days before xmas unless Kaval had a hand in it?

Sounds to me like hes asked for his release, which I sincerely hope and its not thats hes been fired as that would be utter stupidity on WWEs part. If he has asked for his release I cant blame him as hes been jobbed out for months and was completely buried on tuesdays Smackdown

Word making the rounds is that Kaval's release was an amicable parting of the ways and a mutual decision because WWE didn't have any plans for him, as opposed to the company deciding to drop him on their own. The two sides simply agreed to part ways earlier this week and it was just announced today.

an article I read said that he was told the writers didn't have any thing for him and after the squash against McIntyre on SD he asked for his release.

Perhaps to avoid becoming another Chavo. This is a prime example why we need to combine US and Intercon belts and bring back the Cruiser
