RAW plans for the rest of the year and Preliminary 2011 plans for WWE,

Preliminary creative plans for 2011 include John Cena facing Wade Barrett at the Royal Rumble as well as Barrett facing The Undertaker at WrestleMania XXVII.

Based on WWE's reported plans, it would suggest Barrett wins the WWE Championship at Survivor Series and subsequently loses the belt to Cena at the Royal Rumble, likely setting up Cena vs. Orton for the strap at WrestleMania XXVII.

Undertaker, however, is in desperate need of shoulder surgery, and there is much concern internally that if he gets it, he won't be healthy in time for WrestleMania XXVII.

- In addition to the return of the King of the Ring tournament for the Nov. 29 episode of Monday Night Raw, themes for two other three-hour episodes of the program have been announced.

The Nov. 15 episode of Raw taking place in Hershey, Pennsylvania will feature an "Old School" theme with appearances by WWE Legends.

Advertising for the show is as follows: "WWE throws it back Old School when Monday Night Raw takes place live from Hershey's Giant Center! See your favorite Raw/SmackDown and WWE Legends Live in Hershey!"

It has also been announced that the Dec. 13 Raw in New Orleans, Louisiana will feature the annual Slammy Awards show. Superstars from both Raw and SmackDown are scheduled to appear.

- For WWE's "Old School" RAW show, SmackDown stars also being advertised to appear are: WWE World Heavyweight Champion Kane, Edge, Rey Mysterio, Big Show, Jack Swagger and Kofi Kingston.

In terms of the plan for the actual show - the entire theme will be a throwback to old-school with the original 1993 opening with no pyro, etc. Already confirmed for the show are Sgt. Slaughter, Dusty Rhodes, Jimmy Snuka, Roddy Piper, The Iron Sheik, Hacksaw Jim Duggan, Arn Anderson and IRS. Also expected are Lita and the recently re-signed Val Venis.

I thought they were on about unifying the titles at Wrestlemania?

what i thought macks and didnt randy orton only say a couple of weeks ago he wanted to face Cena one on one at wrestlemania ?

Cena Vs Orton hasn't been done at Mania for a singles match. WWE are forgetting their own storylines again though, Cena and Orton supposedly had their last ever match for the title against each other at bragging rights last year, that was how it was billed anyways at the time.

But the strap will be on the other guy, wasnt it Orton that said if i win you'll never get another chance at the title as long as he was holding it?

If Cena's holding it, it doesnt matter.
Or Vince/WWE expecting us to forget yet AGAIN.

i remember in the build up they said the rivalry had gone on for too long and it needed to end so it would be the last time they would face each other for the title which at the time i thought was unlikely as they could keep going for another 6 years minimum each

But by the time Mania comes it will be nearly 2 years ago that was said.

well year and a half so would imagine the kids would be able to remember the last fued, shame they have to keep resorting to it in some ways

I can't be arsed watching another angle between Orton and Cena,Unless it is done with a massive heel turn by cena.But it does'nt look like that is going to happen if he is schedueld to face Wade Barret at the Rumble.

Cena heel turn and rejoining Nexus after Survivor Series? Ortan wins his rematch against Barrett then going on to face heel Cena?

I would be happy if it is relieved that Cena has been the leader of nexus all along and helps Wade barret get the title off Orton,then maybe get cena in a title match on smackdown with him winning the WHC belt,Having The Nexus in charge of both belts.
