| According to Mayweather, unless Pacquiao agrees to blood and drug testing beforehand, the match won't happen which is bollocks IMO, too much money involved for it not to happen. | |

Mayweather doesn't get to decide the drug testing policy of state athletic commissions. He's trying to come across as reasonable but in effect he is imposing rules on his opponent who has never failed a test and has complied with every single demand placed on him in every single fight he has ever had.
What next? Mayweather decides that punches to the face don't count? | |
